Although it has it's ups and downs, teaching fulfills and makes the teacher happy when they are helping youngsters to leave school with decent grades and knowing that they have a future. It is really interesting to share learning and knowledge with students who want to learn. Teachers should create lifelong learners who are motivated to come to school and becoming a part of an energizing community. Teachers should also create a standard-based classroom that meets accountability requirements and also provide a learning environment where both teachers and students can thrive...

Reaching Your Students
One of the most important aspects of teaching is classroom management. You can't successfully teach your students if you are not in control. Many teachers have lost their jobs due to poor classroom management. One of the reasons could be your teaching style,if you are not reaching every one of your students, they can become bored, disinterested and restless. Every student has his own learning style and an area where they excel. If you are reaching these students by using a variety of methods,they are motivated and less likely to cause trouble.
Teacher's Management Styles
During college years, I have attended many English classes
and observed many teachers’ styles of teaching. One thing that I have noticed
is that there are different ranges in the general behavior of students. In some classrooms the students are well mannered,
cheerful, and hardworking while others are rude, gloomy, and lazy. There I
started thinking what causes this difference? And I concluded that a main cause
is the positive or negative interaction between the teacher and her students...
Some teachers typically interact with students in negative ways: criticizing a student's poor posture, pointing out mistakes, making sarcastic remarks about inappropriate social behavior, and so on, those teachers don’t teach students how to learn from their mistakes. Other teachers typically interact with students in positive ways: complimenting a student's good posture, pointing out successes, making flattering remarks about appropriate social behavior, smiling to show approval, and so on. These teachers take the view that “Success is the best teacher.”
I have found that these two classroom “management styles” consistently correlate with differences in student behavior.

Early Brides!!!End of Education
Girls early marriage often means the end of their education.
It’s closely linked to girls dropping out of school, denying their right
to the education they need for their personal development, their preparation
for adulthood,and their ability to contribute to their family and
community.
Out of school and in marriage, child brides are denied the ability to learn
the skills that could help them earn an income and lift them and their children
out of poverty. Married girls who would like to continue schooling may be both
practically and legally excluded from doing so.
Many girls aren't in education because
of the traditional role girls are expected to play in the household, or simply
because parents don’t see the value of education for their daughters.
I think that education is the most powerful
tool to enable girls to avoid early marriage and fulfill their potentials; it
helps them to develop skills, knowledge and becoming empowered girls to claim
their rights.
