A Sound Mind in a Sound Body
It would be hard to underestimate the role of sports and exercise in our life and health, especially in relation to the youth. Sport is far than just an engaging and healthy hobby. I think that active participation in sports has a positive influence on a teenager's social life, self esteem and even academic performance. A child may mug up the history textbook, may be for
the last bell of exams but if it gets a bit of interactive touch, then
the same student may have such a memorization and understanding, then he
will not only just forget it ever in his life but also implement it in
his life with an equal degree of effectiveness. “Health is Wealth” , and we can have a sound mind only in a sound body, so we have to integrate sports in education in order to have greatest achievements.
