Fast food is cheap, convenient, filling, and to many of us
it tastes good. Unfortunately, eating just one fast food meal can pack enough
calories, sodium, and fat for an entire day or more. Eating fast food on a
regular basis can lead to a host of different health problems. Still, the
quick-and-cheap temptation can often be hard to resist. As an informed
customer, you can make healthier choices and still enjoy the price and convenience
of fast food restaurants. All
of this is a fact, but do you ever think of the effects of this food on your
students. It can decrease concentration levels, cause obesity, make the brain
thin slower, early heart attacks, and earns excess energy without any real
nutritional value. I'm not
saying that we should forbid students from eating fast food, but we should
guide them and help them choose healthy food, explaining why they are choosing
it.

on the other hand when we should stop the fast food for children we should make them love the healthy food as vegetable and fruits and eat on regulate time, its all related to the family. when the school and family work together they can influence more on the student actions and prevent many serious problems not only in health matter but also their achievement.
